1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Aura Platform ("Aura") services, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of the service

Aura is an analytics platform for traders that lets you import, visualize and analyze your trading history. The platform does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations or asset management.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you import.
• Reports and analyses generated by AI are informational and are not financial advice.
• You must not use the platform for illegal purposes or in breach of the financial regulation of your country.
• Keeping your credentials secure is your responsibility.

4. Plans and payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, as chosen at subscription time.
• You can cancel at any time from the customer portal — access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
• There are no refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
• Plans and prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual property

Code, design, brand and content of the platform belong to Aura Platform. The trading data you import remains yours.

6. Limitation of liability

Aura is not liable for trading decisions made on the basis of the platform's analyses. The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of financial results.

7. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the breach.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The competent jurisdiction is the district of Santos, SP, Brazil.
